CRM setup and automation

Email and SMS marketing systems

Strategy consulting and masterclass programs

All services are delivered under agreed terms outlined in individual client proposals, service contracts, or onboarding documentation.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise stated in writing.

Setup fees and recurring monthly retainers are non-refundable once work has begun.

Ad spend is billed separately and paid directly by the client to the ad platform (Meta, Google, etc.).

Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

AG ScaleLuxe Marketing reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing clients.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, all sales are final once campaigns, creative assets, or systems have been deployed.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case based on the level of work completed.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure optimal results, clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information, login credentials, and access to ad accounts, domains, or CRMs when requested.

Maintain active ad budgets sufficient for agreed campaign levels.

Respond promptly to communications, approvals, or data requests.

Failure to cooperate or provide access may delay results and does not release the client from payment obligations.

6. Results Disclaimer

While AG ScaleLuxe Marketing applies proven systems and strategies, we cannot guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or performance outcomes.
Results vary based on ad spend, market conditions, product quality, and client responsiveness.

7. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, ad copy, funnels, automations, and proprietary systems built by AG ScaleLuxe Marketing remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Client logos, brand materials, and proprietary data remain the property of the client.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all shared business, financial, or strategic information.
AG ScaleLuxe Marketing will not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver services or by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

AG ScaleLuxe Marketing is not liable for:

Platform bans, ad account restrictions, or third-party system errors.

Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities due to campaign performance.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice (7 days minimum).
All outstanding balances must be settled prior to termination.
Upon termination, AG ScaleLuxe Marketing will provide final deliverables for completed work but will not maintain ongoing access or support.

11. Use of Data and Analytics

We may collect non-personal data related to campaign performance for analytics and optimization purposes.
All client personal information is handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including CCPA and GDPR where applicable).

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
All changes become effective upon posting to this page.
Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
